The idea of establishing RUBT originated from the growing gap between traditional academic systems and the rapidly evolving demands of the global job market. While thousands of graduates were entering the workforce each year, many lacked practical skills, digital competency, and entrepreneurial readiness.
To address this challenge, Afseen Edu Solutions Limited, under the visionary leadership of Mohammad Arifuzzaman, conceptualized the creation of a full-fledged university that would bridge academia with industry.
