Mohammad Arifuzzaman is a distinguished Bangladeshi business leader, entrepreneur, and development strategist with over 21 years of experience across banking, real estate, construction, and diversified industrial sectors. He is widely recognized for his forward-thinking leadership in shaping sustainable urban development, smart communities, and integrated business ecosystems in Bangladesh.

He currently serves as the Managing Director and CEO of Real Capita Group of Companies and the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Afseen Group of Industry, where he leads strategic expansion across real estate development, IT and training, FMCG, trading, construction, township development, and agro-based industries. Under his leadership, both organizations are driving innovation, quality, and long-term value creation in multiple sectors.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Mr. Arifuzzaman is the Founder President of Abul Basher Darji Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to social welfare, community development, and empowerment initiatives for underprivileged populations.

He also serves as the Vice President of DD-REG, a professional association of real estate developers, contributing to industry collaboration, policy development, and sustainable sector growth.

A respected member of several leading trade bodies and chambers—including REHAB, DCCI, BLDA, BMCCI, USBCCI, and FBCCI—he actively engages in national and international business networks, strengthening Bangladesh’s real estate and investment ecosystem.

Academically, Mr. Arifuzzaman holds a PhD in Real Estate Management and an MBA in Marketing and MIS, combining deep technical knowledge with strategic business insight. His expertise enables him to bridge the gap between innovation, market demand, and sustainable development practices.

Since 2017, he has been at the forefront of developing sustainable housing solutions, smart city concepts, and community-based infrastructure projects, with a strong commitment to ethical business practices and long-term socio-economic impact.
